Warranty

Airistar Technologies, L.L.C. warrants that this product will be free from defects, in workmanship and materials. Liability under this warranty and the buyers remedy under this warranty are limited to servicing or replacing, at Airistar Technologies^®, option, at the factory or at an authorized Airistar^® distributor. Any product, which shall under normal use and service, be determined by the company to have been defective in material of workmanship.

The complete assembly (excluding all filters, UV lamps, lamp ballast, casters and lid grill) shall be warranted for a period of 5 years from the purchase date.

Filters, UV lamps, lamp ballast, casters and the lid grill shall be warranted against defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from purchase date.

A condition of this warranty is that this equipment, or any parts or accessories claimed to be defective be returned, (with Airistar Technologies^® prior authorization) freight prepaid, to Airistar Technologies^®.

Any service other than lamp or filter replacement without the written authority of Airistar Technologies^®, or it's authorized agent's voids this warranty.

Damage to any assembly or part through misuse, neglect, accident or using nonstandard accessory attachments or by any customer modification voids this warranty.

Airistar Technologies^® shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage or expense, directly or inderectly arising from the use of its products.

This constitutes the warranty in its entirety. No agent, employee, or representative of Airistar Technologies^® has the authority to bind Airistar Technologies^®, to any additional affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning its products.
